It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private courtyard, private parking, roof terrace, barbecue, 5 km from the airport and 2km from the beach of Marathi and Loutraki. The property is in earth tones and sleeps 8 people, as well as babies in baby cots.

By entering to the mansion with the majestic stone door, one finds first the private the courtyard with terrace. Inside, on the first floor there is a living room with leather sofa and wooden chairs. The dining room, with wooden table offers 8 chairs and baby chairs. Next to the dining room is a fireplace made by stone that makes your moments even more atmospheric.

In a separate room is the kitchen, which features: Coffee Maker, Dishes & Utensils, Kitchen, Microwave, Pantry Items, Refrigerator, Hob, Toaster.

Οn the same floor there is 1 bedroom with large double bed, as well as, 1 bathroom with shower and all the necessities to make your stay a comfortable. On the mezzanine floor, with wooden stairs, there is still 1 bathroom with bath and 2- storey bedroom. Downstairs is a double bed, while the sofa bed upstairs is ideal for 2 children. The other bedroom also has a double bed, where can sleep 2 persons.
